Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information IS-A Mobile Development LLC ("IS-A Mobile", "we") collects through is-a-mobile.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: this website doesn't track you, sets no cookies, and only receives information you choose to send us by email.

What we collect

The contact form on this site doesn't send anything to our servers. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. We only receive what you decide to send, which normally includes:

• your name, company and email address;
• the type of help you need, an estimated budget if you choose to share one, and the description of your project;
• anything else you write in your email.

We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, sensitive information such as health data, government IDs or financial account details.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message and schedule a call.
• To prepare estimates and proposals, and, if we work together, to run the project.

We don't use your information for advertising, we don't add you to mailing lists without asking, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. The only thing it stores in your browser is your language choice (English or Spanish), so it stays the same the next time you visit. That setting never leaves your device.

Third parties

• Fonts. The site's typeface is served by Google Fonts. To deliver it, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, date and page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Email. Messages you send us are stored by our email provider.

We only share your information with other parties when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we're in conversation with you and, if we work together, for as long as the business relationship and our legal and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Residents of Mexico can exercise these rights (the ARCO rights) under Mexican personal data protection law. To make a request, email marco@is-a-mobile.com and tell us what you need. We'll reply within 20 business days.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
